Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking is prohibited.

Is food or beverage allowed on board?
No. Multiple transports in the same day prohibits bringing food or beverages on board.

Can I bring my walker?
Yes. It can be stored under the bus during transport.

Can I board at one location and return to another location?
No. You must board and return to the same pick up point.

Is there a period of time allowed for pre-boarding?
All buses will begin loading 15 minutes prior to departure.

Is there a Westside pickup being scheduled?
Not at this particular time - May be considered in the future.

Does the driver get a tip?
Drivers always appreciate gratuities.

Can I leave personal belongings on the bus?
No.

Does the slot machines accept coins?
No. All machines use paper money. ATMs are available at the casino.

Is parking provided at the pickup points?
Yes. However, IndyGo stops are available for those who don't want to drive their personal vehicles.

Passenger Protocol:
Rowdy, rude, inebriated or unmanageable patrons will not be allowed to board
the bus and/or may be denied future boarding privileges.
